The Power Query Editor is the primary data preparation experience, where
you can connect to a wide range of data sources and apply hundreds of different
data transformations by previewing data and selecting transformations from the
UI.
Steps to transform data in Power BI:
Step 1: Open Power BI and Create a Blank
Report.
Step 2: Get data -> More -> Files
-> Folder -> Connect.
Step 3: Browse the folder path and Enter
OK.
Step 4: Enter Transform data after
showing data files.
Step 5: Now right-click the files one by
one and create new queries.
Step 6: Rename all the query files
instead of a path name.
Step 7: Now select the first row and in the ribbon select use first row as the header. Here first row is converted to a header
for all the files.
Step 8: In the Applied steps you can
delete your unwanted steps.
